What Is Your New Year's Resolution?

What a year 2008 turned out to be. Some good and some very, very bad. No matter what happened, we need to look forward and resolve to improve our lives.

I know that many of you have already begun the New Year with a list to tackle in order to better yourselves as well as those who surround you. In the holiday spirit, I wanted to share one of my goals for 2009.

I am committed to do everything in my professional and personal powers to get back to all things of a "Bull Market"! This is not limited to the stock market, the housing market nor the mortgage market.

I want to help create an atmosphere of "bullishness" towards relationships, consumer confidence, fiscal literacy, economic growth, community stewardship and spirituality. Is that too much to ask for?

I now pass the baton and ask of you. What is your New Year's resolution?

I actually put a lot of thought into what I am going to work toward in 2009. I want to develop my piano lesson business, and I want to see my students succeed. A good portion of how they do that depends on me and my teaching. I also want to create a web presence, and get to know other piano teachers and learn from their ideas, successes and failures. It is my goal to build my relationships within the community, and to let others see my desire to become a better teacher, Christian, wife, employee and mentor.
